High Speed
Internet

High bandwidth redundant fiber optic internet throughout the building. The facility also features a backup diesel generator capable of maintaining connection in the event of a power outage.

Free Coffee
& Espresso

Unlimited use of an espresso machine capable of preparing a full range of specialty coffees, finished with milk & milk foam as well as black coffee or tea.

Air Filtration
System

In Response to covid we had a Reme Halo in-duct air purifier installed which produces Hydro-Peroxide plasma that is distributed through the air handler, through the duct system and into the conditioned office space.

Cleaning
Services

Professional cleaning is performed on a regular basis. In addition, complementary sanitization products and other covid precautions can be found throughout the workspace.

BOARD + CONFERENCE ROOM

The facility features a conference and board room. Conference Room hours are included with My Desk and Private Office memberships. The premier board room can be rented at an hourly rate and accommodates up to 10 people. Both rooms are equipped with powered tables and wall mounted monitors.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

Members will have access to the facility 24/7 through an access control system. The system gives us the ability to:

  • Set door policies, schedules, and permissions
  • Create users, set roles and assign NFC cards
  • Add visitors, define permitted areas and schedules
  • Review statistics and detailed logs

Creating a secure work environment is a top priority at Ascend. Feel free to reach out with any access or security questions. (Smart phone access coming soon)

My Desk and Private Office memberships include a lockable mini storage at their desk. For HotDesk members or anyone seeking more space, a personal locker is available for $5 per month.
